As Global Social Media Manager (m/f/d), you will shape and drive the global presence of one of the world’s leading health tech brands. Your mission: build brand visibility, create awareness, and generate qualified leads across all relevant social platforms – especially LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook, Instagram). You will turn innovation into compelling stories, lead campaigns that matter, and engage communities that truly care.

Your responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Define and implement a global social media strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Content & Campaign Activation: Plan and execute engaging, high-impact campaigns across channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Community Management: Build and nurture global communities, fostering engagement and activating internal ambassadors.
- Lead Generation: Design paid and organic social strategies aligned with demand generation and sales goals.
- Governance & Enablement: Develop global guidelines, playbooks, and enable regional teams with social best practices.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
Your profile:
- Experience & Expertise: 5+ years in social media management, ideally in health tech or B2B, with a proven track record in global strategy, lead generation, and building engaged communities that make an impact.
- Platforms & Tools: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms, plus hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, HubSpot).
- Skills & Competencies: Strategic thinker with a bias for action, able to translate insights into measurable results. Strong communicator, collaborative leader, and skilled at activating internal stakeholders globally.
- Passion & Mindset: Data-driven, creative, and genuinely passionate about health techinnovation, and turning complex ideas into stories that resonate and drive engagement
