Together with 18 subsidiaries and around 600 colleagues worldwide, we are shaping the future of medical technology. To support our continued growth in the Nordic region, we are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator / Inside Sales (m/f/d) professional to join our Finnish team in Helsinki.

Your Role

In this position, you will manage the full order and customer service process for the Finnish and Nordic market. You act as a key interface between customers, sales, logistics, and our headquarters in Germany, ensuring smooth processes and high service quality.

Your Responsibilities

  • Process orders for sales items, spare parts, and service jobs 
  • Manage the complete order cycle: order intake, confirmation, invoicing, and shipment
  • Coordinate export and international trade documentation with logistics
  • Prepare quotations and proforma invoices in cooperation with sales
  • Monitor product availability, production schedules, and lead times
  • Handle claims, complaints, and warranty exchanges
  • Maintain and update customer data in SAP and CRM systems
  • Prepare reports and support product launches and internal initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Finland and internationally

Your Profile

  • At least 3y work experience in customer care (B2B or B2C) or inside sales with an administrative focus
  • Solid background in order management, including export and international trade processes
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (SD module) and MS Office
  • Fluent Finnish and English (written and spoken); Swedish is an advantage
  • Confident handling numbers and tracking KPIs
  • Experience with logistics or supply chain processes, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), order management systems (e.g., Fivaldi), or public procurement tenders
  • Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in an international, collaborative environment with a long-term perspective

  • Salary: The expected range for this role is €2,800–€3,600 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
