For our Benelux branch in Naarden, we are now seeking a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Benelux – someone who combines drive, empathy, and entrepreneurial spirit to help us grow in one of our most important markets. In this role, you take full ownership of our business in the region. You lead the local team, drive sales, and expand our healthcare client base. With a hands-on approach and a strong commercial mindset, you ensure excellent delivery and sustainable growth. You collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners and report directly to our headquarters in Hamburg.

Your responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Leading a small, cross-functional team (Sales, Service & Administration) with full responsibility for customer operations in the Netherlands
  • Market Growth: Expanding our customer base, particularly in hospitals, clinics, and private practices
  • Client Success: Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and sales partners
  • Lead Generation: Identifying new business opportunities and generating qualified leads
  • Brand Presence: Organizing and representing the company at trade fairs, events, and product demonstrations
  • Sales Planning & Insights: Developing sales strategies and reporting market trends and sales performance to HQ
  • Business Performance Tracking: Delivering monthly performance updates and analysis against targets

Your Profile:

  • Sales Excellence: Proven track record in sales, ideally in medical devices, healthcare software, or digital health solutions
  • Regional Expertise: Knowledge of the healthcare landscape in the Benelux region
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: High degree of self-motivation and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Hands-on Mentality: This role goes beyond leadership and strategy – active involvement in sales is essential
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel regularly within the region and occasionally to Hamburg
  • Leadership Experience: First experience in leading small teams or coordinating cross-functional projects
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is an advantage
  • Location: Based in the Amsterdam–Utrecht region or nearby, or willing to relocate
