seca is growing its sales team and is looking for a Territory Sales Manager for its US branch in Columbus, OH to cover the Mid-Atlantic Region (remote).

 

ABOUT THE JOB:

 

In this role, you will manage relationships with existing medical distribution companies like McKesson, Henry Schein, Cardinal Health, Medline, & CME that serve all markets: Primary Care, Acute care, Long Term Care, Specialty market, and more. In addition to managing existing distributor relationships, you will also be responsible for managing and growing our market share with hospital systems and their non-acute locations continue to penetrate the territory stimulating and driving opportunities to our distribution partners. You will work closely with our marketing and national sales manager to execute sales strategies to that drive that revenue growth.

 

The right candidate for this role will bring their sales consultant mindset and excellent customer service skills. This candidate will have the ability to deliver sales presentations, and use their personality, confidence, and communication skills to identify and close new business. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships across a multi-state territory, so this candidate must be organized, proactive, determined, and diligent in follow up.

 

What you will get to do:

  • Partner with existing and new clients to sell medical measuring systems, scales, and solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and understanding of the diverse needs of the customer.
  • Develop relationships and provide customer driven solutions using both stand-alone and connected systems that improve hospital efficiency patient safety and outcomes and enable connectivity to access information.
  • Be organized and proactive in preparing for customer meetings, visits, follow-up, and deal closings.
  • Identify and deal with projects and department leaders.
  • Continually drive growth and sales through your strong grasp of the market, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

 

What you bring to the role:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills with an ability to build relationships.
  • Minimum 1-2 years outside sales experience, preferably within the MedSurg device or distribution market.
  • Valid driver’s license w/acceptable driving record.
  • An inquisitive mindset that strives for greatness.
  • A strong sense of confidence in the work that you do
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communication, or related technical area
  • Experience developing sales presentations.
  • Skilled using Windows-based computer programs including Word and Excel as well as CRM, HubSpot Experience a plus!
  • Top organization and communication skills, the ability to work well independently, and demonstrated professional selling skills.

  • Remote Outside Sales: travel up to 60% within the territory, primarily in the major metropolitan areas in the territory.
