Sales Manager (m/f/d) – Finland / Sweden 

Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for growing businesses? seca, a leading provider of medical diagnostics solutions, is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to join our team based in Espoo/Helsinki, Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our (key) accounts in Sweden and Finland, while also identifying and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our marketing, product management, and Nordic teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage, support, and further develop our (key) accounts within Sweden & Finland 
  • Build strong relationships with existing and new seca customers 
  • Identify and deal with projects and tenders 
  • Plan and conduct on- and offline marketing activities such as product demos, conferences, newsletters, or training activities 
  • Ensure the introduction of new products & services within our growing portfolio 
  • Run qualification calls & meetings with Executives and Department Leaders 

 

Requirements: 

  • Business fluency in Finnish, Swedish & English 
  • Broad experience in a quota carrying Sales Position preferably for technical products 
  • Experience in Distributor Management or Customer Success Management 
  • Goal oriented with a track record of overachieving on monthly & annual targets 
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of your time within your designated Sales Territory
