Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Sweden (Remote)

 

Are you a sales professional with a passion for growing businesses? seca, a leading provider of medical diagnostics solutions, is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to join our Nordics-team, home-office based. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our accounts in Sweden, while also identifying and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our marketing, product management, and Nordic teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage, support and further develop our hospital and distribution accounts within Sweden
  • Find new prospects from inbound and self-sourced leads
  • Identify and deal with projects and department leaders
  • Plan and conduct on-and offline marketing activities such as product demos, conferences, newsletters or training activities
  • Ensure the introduction of new products & services within our growing portfolio
  • Run qualification calls & meetings with Executives and Department Leaders

Your requirements:

  • Business fluency in Swedish & English
  • Broad experience in a quota carrying Sales Position preferably for technical products 
  • Management of monthly and annual pipeline
  • Experience in Customer Success Management
  • Goal oriented with a track record of overachieving on onthly & annual targets
  • Willingness to travel most of your time within your designated Sales Territory
