Office Manager / Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated Office Manager/Sales Assistant to join our international group of companies in our Espoo sales office, who shares our philosophy and aspirations and who will help to further expand our position as a global market leader. 

As an Office Manager/Sales Assistant (m/f/d), you will work independently and have a lot of freedom to make decisions. The positive financial and structural development of the sales organisation will be as much a part of your job as liaising with our Nordic customers and our head office in Hamburg. 

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Ensure the smooth running of processes in the administrative aspects of our growing organisation and team. You will act as a liaison between our clients and our German headquarters and as the right-hand man for our local team. 

  • As a versatile talent, you will manage traditional office tasks and take care of internal and external communication in the Nordic region. You will also act as a contact person for customer enquiries (B2B & BSC). This includes: 
    o Processing orders and quotations 
    o Administrative support to the sales and customer service team 
    o Process management and development 

We are growing - and you have a big role to play in supporting that growth. Provide added value 

  • planning and implementing your company's growth by developing and managing infrastructure (office, vehicles, external services, etc.) 

  • supporting management in managing finances, sales and recruitment. 

  • If you have marketing skills - you can develop our social media communities and take responsibility for promotions and trade fairs (not mandatory)! 

 

What we expect from you: 

  • Fluent oral and written Finnish and English. 

  • In addition, knowledge of one of the following languages would be an advantage: Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or German. 

  • You are a motivated, self-motivated employee with a willingness to work independently. 

  • You have developed business skills and are passionate about sales, customers and customer satisfaction 

  • You have experience in sales assistant / internal sales roles 

  • Fluency in MS Office - in particular MS Outlook and MS Excel 

  • Ability to use ERP systems, especially SAP would be an advantage 

  • You are an enthusiastic problem solver with the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks.
