To support the continued growth of our international organization, we are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager Fitness (m/f/d) for our Benelux operations based in Naarden, close to Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will share our core values and be instrumental in expanding our market position.

Job description

  • Drive the acquisition of new customers in the medical fitness sector: Proactively identify and approach potential clients, build strong relationships, and successfully convert leads into long-term customers within the growing market of medical fitness.

  • Support the development of strategic partnerships within the fitness industry: Support the development of strategic partnerships within the fitness industry.

  • Consult and sell high-end medical devices for body composition analysis (bioimpedance): Provide expert guidance to clients on the use and benefits of our advanced medical technology, with a focus on solutions for validated body composition measurement using bioimpedance analysis..

  • Continuously expand market share: Contribute to the company’s growth by identifying new market opportunities, analyzing trends, and implementing targeted sales strategies that increase our presence and brand visibility in the medical fitness space.

  • Represent the company at trade shows and professional conferences: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, showcasing our product portfolio, engaging with professionals from the fitness and healthcare sectors, and generating qualified leads.collaboration with the sales team – supporting lead generation and brand visibility.

  • Conduct regular training sessions for our clients: Deliver both in-person and digital product trainings to ensure customers are fully equipped to use our devices effectively, fostering strong client relationships and high user satisfaction

Your qualifications

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, ideally within the fitness or medical technology industry. You bring proven success in B2B sales and a strong understanding of the fitness market, ideally with experience selling high-end or technical products.
  • Solid network within the Benelux fitness and health industry. You have established relationships with fitness studios, wellness centers, or other relevant stakeholders in the Benelux area and know how to effectively leverage these connections.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills. You’re confident in presenting complex solutions, tailoring messages to different audiences, and closing deals with decision-makers.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset. You take ownership of your sales region and targets, enjoy working independently, and thrive in a performance-oriented environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools. You are structured and data-driven in your sales approach, using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and pipeline efficiently.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. You can communicate confidently and professionally with both local customers and international colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel within the Benelux area. You’re flexible and open to visiting clients or participating in trade shows and internal meetings outside your home base.
