For our Nordic branch in Helsinki, we are now seeking a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Finland – someone who combines drive, empathy, and entrepreneurial spirit to help us grow in one of our most important markets. As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding seca’s presence in Finnish healthcare market. With your strategic mindset and hands-on approach, you will connect with healthcare professionals, open new doors, and build strong partnerships – all while being part of a close-knit Nordic team and a global family.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own your market: You take full responsibility for developing and managing the Finnish market – with the freedom to shape your own approach and make a real impact from day one.
- Create growth: You identify potential customers, open new doors, and bring our innovative medical technologies, software, and services to healthcare professionals across the country.
- Consult and convince: You understand the challenges of your customers and position seca’s solutions with a consultative mindset – always aiming to create real value and long-term partnerships.
- Think entrepreneurially: You plan and implement tailored sales strategies that reflect local market needs and your personal strengths.
- Work closely, act independently: You collaborate with our regional sales management and local marketing team – but you take the lead when it comes to execution, customer engagement, and deal-closing.
- Be on-site: You enjoy being where the action happens – meeting customers face-to-face across Finland, building relationships based on trust, and driving sales through personal connection and expertise.
Your Profile:
- Sales talent with drive: You bring 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales – ideally with complex or consultative products. Experience in healthcare or medical technology is a plus, but not essential – what counts most is your motivation to learn and succeed.
- Focused on growth: You enjoy identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and turning prospects into long-term customers. Generating growth energizes you – especially when you can offer real value.
- Quick to understand and connect: Whether you’re talking to clinicians, administrators, or procurement teams – you grasp their needs quickly and communicate solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Structured and proactive: You like to take ownership, organize your work independently, and follow through – with the confidence to set priorities and the discipline to deliver results.
- Digital mindset: You’re familiar with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce and use data and tools to manage leads, track progress, and optimize your performance.
- Fluent in Finnish and English: You communicate confidently in both languages – Swedish is a welcome bonus.
- Mobile and customer-oriented: You’re happy to be on the road across Finland (around 60% travel) and hold a valid Class B driver’s license.
