seca is growing its sales team and is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist / Account Manager for their US branch in Dallas, TX (on-site).

 

ABOUT THE JOB:

 

In this role, you will manage relationships with existing mid-and-smaller sized medical distribution companies that serve all markets: Primary Care, Acute care, Long Term Care, Specialty market, and more. In addition to managing existing accounts, you will also be able to bring in new accounts and continue to grow the client database. This is a fantastic opportunity that offers professional development and training.

 

The right candidate for this role will bring their sales consultant mindset and excellent customer service skills. This candidate will have the ability to develop sales presentations, and use their personality, confidence, and communication skills to bring in sales. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships across the United States, so this candidate must be organized, proactive, determined, and diligent in follow up. They will also have a strong passion for the health and wellness industry.

 

What you will get to do:

  • Partner with existing and new clients to sell medical measuring systems, scales, and solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and understanding of the diverse needs of the customer.
  • Develop relationships and provide customer driven solutions using both stand-alone and connected systems that improve hospital efficiency patient safety and outcomes, and enable connectivity to access information.
  • Be organized and proactive in preparing for customer meetings, visits, follow-up, and deal closings.
  • Continually drive growth and sales through your strong grasp of the market, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

 

What you bring to the role:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills with an ability to build relationships.
  • An inquisitive mindset that strives for greatness.
  • A strong sense of confidence in the work that you do
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communication, or related technical area
  • Experience developing sales presentations.
  • Skilled using Windows-based computer programs including Word and Excel as well as CRM, HubSpot Experience a plus!
  • Top organization and communication skills, the ability to work well independently, and demonstrated professional selling skills.
  • The ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
