We’re expanding our Product Management team at our headquarters in Hamburg and are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) – Strategic Partner Solutions to join our Body Composition Solutions team. In this role, you will shape joint value propositions with strategic partners and translate customer needs, partner capabilities, and product strategy into scalable, customer-centric solutions that create lasting value for both healthcare and fitness professionals and for seca.
Your mission:
Evaluate and develop strategic partnerships
- Evaluate and prioritize incoming partnership opportunities in the medical (e.g. digital health ecosystems, medical device manufacturers) and fitness (e.g. gym solution providers) segments based on strategic fit, customer value, and business potential.
- Collaborate with partners to define compelling joint value propositions that align customer needs with seca's product strategy and long-term growth objectives.
- Assess business models, integration scenarios, and commercial opportunities to establish sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Drive partnership execution
- Lead partnership initiatives from opportunity assessment through business case development, contract negotiation, solution definition, market launch, and performance tracking.
- Manage and further develop existing strategic partnerships, ensuring continuous value creation and identifying opportunities for future expansion.
- Act as the central Product Management interface between partners and internal stakeholders throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Deliver partner-enabled solutions
- Define product requirements and roadmaps for co-developed or partner-integrated products, services, and digital solutions.
- Build and validate business cases, partnership concepts, and go-to-market strategies together with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, and the Project Management Office to ensure successful implementation and commercialization of partnership initiatives.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, medical technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in health tech, diagnostics, or the fitness industry.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of successful cross-functional and inter-company collaborations.
- Strong communication skills combined with an analytical, structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments—quickly understanding complex challenges, facilitating productive discussions, creating structure and alignment, and orchestrating execution from concept to delivery.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, a rapid learning ability, and a hands-on approach to delivering results.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally (~30%) to support partner collaboration and solution development.
