To further expand our digital solutions, we are looking for a Software Product Manager – Digital Solutions (m/f/d) to join our Product Management team at our international headquarters in Hamburg. In this role, you will help shape the next generation of our medical software solutions and work at the intersection of customers, market, technology, and development. You will take on strategic responsibilities in upstream product management while closely collaborating on the execution and development of our digital products.

Your mission:

• Deeply understand customers, workflows, and software ecosystem needs
  • Analyze user requirements, clinical and fitness workflows, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Translate complex insights into actionable software concepts, user stories, and solution requirements.

• Shape the digital product and platform strategy

  • Define product vision, value propositions, and solution positioning for software and integrated digital offerings.
  • Develop software roadmaps, evolution paths, and release strategies in direct alignment of other business stakeholders and the R&D department.
  • Identify new customer segments, define business models, build business cases and investment proposals supported by market and financial analysis.

• Drive software development from concept to market

  • Work closely with the development team as a lead requestor to realize real value for our customers
  • Support go-to-market planning, launch readiness, and product adoption initiatives.

• Manage the full lifecycle of digital solutions

  • Monitor solution performance, user satisfaction, technical KPIs, and commercial impact.
  • Drive continuous improvement through enhancement planning, version updates, and structured end-of-life processes.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, medical technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software product management, ideally in healthcare, medtech, fitness, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of agile development practices and experience working with software engineering and UX/UI teams.
• Ability to convert complex technical and clinical information into clear product requirements and compelling value propositions.
• Structured analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and decision-making acumen.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management experience and success working cross-functionally.
• Entrepreneurial drive, a proactive approach, and the ability to motivate teams.
• Experience with regulated medical software, cybersecurity standards, or interoperability frameworks (e.g., HL7 FHIR) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
