Sales Manager Poland (m/f/d) – Home based in Poland

Your tasks:

  • Manage, support and further develop our distribution channels within Poland
  • Build up strong relationships with existing and new seca end-customers (especially hospitals and clinics) and demonstrate the seca solutions 
  • Ensure a constant order intake to achieve the sales targets
  • Identify and deal with projects and tenders
  • Plan and conduct on-and offline marketing activities such as product demonstrations, conferences, newsletters or training activities for our channel partners
  • Ensure the introduction of new products within our growing product portfolio in accordance with the global sales strategy
  • Communicate closely with the seca head office in Germany about all relevant market developments and market requirements


Your qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and distributor management preferably for technical products (experience in the healthcare industry is of advantage but not a must)
  • Passion and willingness to spend the majority of your time traveling within your sales territory visiting and developing customers 
  • A positive mindset and attitude paired with self-motivation and the desire to grow
  • Passion for dealing with customers and technical products
  • Willingness and ability to take over responsibility and proactively develop and grow our business together with us
  • Affinity towards IT topics
  • Fluent in Polish and English
