Sales Manager ASPAC (m/f/d) - Kuala Lumpur based

Job scope / Role

You will be based in our regional office in Kuala Lumpur. Together with the colleagues in Asia Pacific and the support from our German HQ you will drive the further growth of the seca business in the ASPAC countries.

 

Your tasks:

  • Ensure a constant order intake to achieve the sales targets
  • Manage and develop our existing distribution channels
  • Identify and develop new distribution partners and channels throughout the region
  • Develop and implement country specific distribution strategies
  • Ensure the regional launch of our constantly growing product portfolio in accordance with the global sales strategy
  • Develop direct relationships with important KOLs and decision makers
  • Identify and deal with projects and tenders
  • Plan and conduct marketing activities such as CME talks, conferences, exhibitions and training activities for our channel partners

 

Your qualifications:

  • At least a bachelor degree in business/marketing or any other related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and distributor management preferably for technical products (experience in the healthcare industry is of advantage but not a requirement)
  • Good knowledge and affinity for the Asia Pacific region and willingness to relocate to Kuala Lumpur
  • Initial leadership experience
  • High willingness to travel extensively: At least 60% in ASPAC
  • Self-motivated, result oriented and energetic with passion to succeed
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Language Skills: English, (any other Asian languages of advantage)
