As we want to continue growing, we are looking for our China sales organization a:

Regional Sales Manager (Based in Shanghai)

Your responsibilities:

  • You will take over the responsibility for your own sales territory (different provinces within China)
  • You will acquire new customers and take care of existing customers in the medical field (distribution partners, hospitals, dialysis facilities)
  • Train and support the local sales force of our distribution partners
  • Consulting and sales of state-of-the-art medical products and services
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at the customer’s premises
  • Continually expand the seca market share
  • Networking with medical associations and key opinion leaders
  • Plan and conduct marketing activities such as exhibitions and conferences

Your qualifications:

  • Completed degree in a related field (economics, biomedical engineering, etc.)
  • Experience and enjoyment in sales, preferably in medical devices or other technical products
  • Experience in managing and working with distribution channels
  • Keen interest in direct customer acquisition and pleasure in dealing with customers
  • Willing to travel up to 70% of your time in the sales territory
  • Enthusiasm for medical measuring instruments and an affinity for IT
  • Understanding of business administration and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Highly self-motivated, independent and a goal-oriented work mentality
  • Ability to speak and write in English
