seca North America is seeking a highly driven and motivated Marketing Manager- Strategic Partnerships to join our Marketing team in Chino, California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project management process and creation of seca marketing campaigns and promotions across the United States and Canada. This role works closely with the Director, Multi-Channel-Marketing to help drive the go-to-market strategy for seca’s products and solutions.  The candidate will also work with numerous departments within the organization to create efficiencies in executing marketing projects by controlling workflow and communication on all deliverables to ensure quality, timely, and on-budget executions.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for driving marketing campaign projects from start to finish. You will also ensure marketing campaign strategies are executed effectively with our brand and providing value to distribution partners and authorized dealers. This role will be responsible for implementing campaigns and promotion strategies that inspire, captivate and engage the target audiences. And most importantly, drive growth!


As a Marketing and Project Manager at seca, you will be responsible for ensuring marketing campaign strategies are executed effectively with our brand and providing value to Dealer Partners and customers. This role will be responsible for implementing campaigns and promotion strategies that inspire, captivate and engage our target audiences. And most importantly, drive growth! More specifically, you’ll get to:

  • Think creatively and drive product launches and campaigns to the maximum potential
  • Drive the day to day marketing project management process related to the development and execution of marketing promotions (on-time, on budget, and quality output every time)
  • Control the workflow and process of each project and maintain consistent communication between the Director, Multi-Channel-Marketing, Sales Team, Distributor Partners and Customers
  • Manage each project from start to finish. Provide creative design team with all specifications needed to complete every job. Including comprehensive project brief, budget, production information, service requirements, etc. Create work-back schedules to ensure timelines are met across all projects, communicate campaign updates, track external quotes/production (where applicable) and close jobs once completed           


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
  • 5+ years experience in marketing project management
  • Creative thinker with experience in launching new product campaigns from start to finish, building and managing promotions
  • Exceptional organizational skills required to handle fast-paced and numerous projects, meet deadlines, and keep a high level of productivity within the marketing team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for content creation and copywriting
  • Online marketing experience with email platforms
  • Social media management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Willingness / ability to travel 5% domestically
