Junior Sales Manager (m/f)

Do you have a passionate interest in strong brands? Are you keen on making customers passionate about products? Are you a sales pro, or would like to become one? Then we would like to get to know you!

Your tasks:

  • Acquire new customers and retain existing customers in the medical industry (hospitals, private practices, nursing homes) throughout Belgium/Luxembourg (B2B)
  • Consulting and sales of medical high-end products and services
  • Perform on-site customer product presentations
  • Conduct sales meetings and negotiations
  • Provide support to trade partners
  • Continuous expansion of market share
  • Act as the interface between the company and our customers
  • Close cooperation with our internal sales department

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or economics/engineering degree
  • Ideally, experience in sales, although we also welcome first-time job seekers
  • Pleasure in selling and dealing with customers
  • Enthusiasm for medical measuring equipment and IT affinity
  • Knowledge of French desirable
  • Management knowledge and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • High degree of self-motivation, independent and target-oriented way of working
  • Willing to travel frequently within your sales region
